If you want to do meaningful work, master new skills and work with passionate, dedicated and fun people – keep reading.

Inkling’s purpose is simple – to elevate humanity. We unlock potential with an evidence-based approach using psychology and behavioural science.

We have been on our own journey of evolution since being founded in 2011 and we are known for our expertise in leadership, diversity and inclusion. Today we are meeting the ongoing and ever-changing needs of our clients with a focus on driving sustained individual change and bringing organisational culture to life through our high impact, flexible and scalable programs. We have worked with over 10% of the ASX200 and over 20,000 professionals in over seven countries.

We pack a lot of punch for a small management consulting team because we work hard, take initiative, and expect high standards to ensure significant, compelling and unparalleled outcomes for our clients and participants (our average client and participant NPS scores are 90+).

Our team members are valued and respected, and we work with high levels of trust and flexibility, encouraging our team members to work in ways that meet their wellbeing. We balance this with a strong recognition of ownership.

If the above sounds aligned to the business and team you can see yourself working with, we want to hear from you.
