Are they telling you what they REALLY think?

Spread the love

Hi guys,

Soph here, and today I wanted to talk about courageous conversations in the workplace and the impact that they can have in your career and for the business you work for. I was inspired to do this video by something I noticed happening right here at Inkling HQ with one of our own team members, and it’s really made clear that when we start having more open and courageous conversations at work, we begin to inspire innovation, growth and create safe spaces where people can be the best version of themselves.

I hope you enjoyed my story and that it helps get you thinking about where fear might be holding you back in your own life & career, what you can do to level up and maybe even help inspire your own team to get on board with having more courageous conversations.

Speak soon,

Soph
