Culture and Capability
Shaping enterprise beliefs, values, norms and capability to execute strategy

Organisational culture review
We leverage a range of qualitative and quantitative data to understand how your culture actually operates – not just how it’s described.
From this we recommend and create focused interventions to shift values, behaviours, and systems at scale, over time, to drive measurable improvements.

Strengths-based Team development
High-performing teams don’t happen by accident. We help you build team environments where psychological safety, clear purpose, an understanding of each others strengths, and collective capability converge to create exceptional results.
Our strengths-based team development approach embeds frameworks and practices that transform how people collaborate, innovate, and execute. We focus on building the habits and rituals that sustain team relationships and performance.

Enterprise-wide capability development
We support you to uplift the priority capabilities critical to the success of your organisation, whether that be collaborative problem-solving, innovation, coaching and feedback, or customer obsession, to name a few.
We co-design for your specific context and can deliver across your organisation at scale, whether that be live facilitation or via personalised digital micro-learning, in the flow of work.

FAQ's
As humans, we are a fascinating sum of our parts. Factors like geographical disparity, life cycle, and stage, accessibility and ease are all factors in intersectionality and all come into consideration when we design learning experiences.
The more complex the role or the impact desired as an outcome, we devise learning formats that are best suited. Simulations, workshops, coaching, virtual consumption, and reflection are all key considerations. We use a variety of methodologies and delivery methods to develop capability in a way that suits our learner’s needs. With 5 generations in the workforce, we can tailor our approach to be face-to-face, virtual, or mobile app-based learning, or a combination.
Peer learning is a feature of our learning design that gains significant traction, no matter the topic. That ‘ripple effect’ we’re always talking about starts to gain life here, as does insight and ownership
We have a broad range of evidence-based learning content, tools, and approaches, informed by the latest research. You choose what will work for you, based on your organisational culture, your aspirations and any constraints you need to work within. We work with your existing models, frameworks, and values to integrate these into the capabilities you want to embed.
We take the context, the complexity of the role, and the participant’s intersectionality and predispositions to design experiences that expose them to a little ‘heat’ – an experience that is outside their current capability, that has a real chance of success or failure. And while they are applying their new capabilities to this experience, we support them through coaching and through multiple peer perspectives.
