As Senior Program Manager, Alana provides outstanding support to our clients and participants throughout their program journey. She combines her extensive organising, executing and listening skills to coordinate high-impact programs and develop innovative learning content.

Alana thrives when she is able to utilise her strategic and relationship-building strengths – strengths she has been able to play to throughout her career as an event coordinator in the leadership, not-for-profit and entertainment space.

She is passionate about facilitating meaningful connections and inspired by the changing ways in which our global communities are creating and learning from one another.

A life-long learner who has lived and worked in 4 countries across 3 different continents, Ellie has a strong appreciation for diversity and building relationships with diverse communities, both in and out of the workplace. As Senior Manager, Marketing and Engagement  Ellie is responsible for building Inkling’s brand salience, market penetration and credibility across the growth journey, supporting the business to expand into new and existing customer segments and markets.

With over 15 years of corporate experience across the UK and Australia and a strong operations background, Ffion excels in overseeing day-to-day business operations. Her proactive and seamless support plays a vital role in managing the Inkling CoLab and keeping the executive team on track.

Ffion earns trust and maintains confidence companywide, and her calm and composed nature enable her to tackle big projects and foresee potential roadblocks to proactively solve problems. With a unique set of ownership, adaptability, and organisational skills, Ffion is constantly challenging existing processes to maximise efficiency and always looking for opportunities to add further value to Inkling.

Her innovative ideas, exceptional problem-solving skills, and passion for achieving the best outcomes make her an invaluable member of the Inkling team and the glue that holds it all together!

Fiona Lyons McBeth.

Fiona is an exceptional cultural change consultant, facilitator and executive coach with close to two decade’s worth of experience working in the learning and development field. Action-oriented and driven to challenge her clients to unlock their potential, Fiona is passionate about delivering high-impact programs with real-world success strategies that can be implemented at both the individual and organisational levels.

Fiona’s ability to build rapport quickly allows her to drive real, personal growth and positive change with the clients she works with. Her sessions are practical, engaging, challenging and fun, and deliver the right balance to provide accelerated learning for her participants so that they walk away with clear action steps and strategies to implement them.

Libby’s love of learning means she’s continuously testing how Inkling can grow and evolve. Driven by her strategic and futuristic strengths, her incredible mind not only crunches the numbers, but connects past, present, and future to ensure Inkling operates more effectively and sustainably. She is highly skilled at identifying opportunities to develop and implement evidence based, practical and sustainable interventions / solutions. Lisa blends her psychology expertise, business acumen and insights about organisational systems to help individuals, teams and organisations achieve their aspirations and goals.

Prior to joining Inkling, Lisa worked in a range of in-house and consulting roles where she coached and partnered with C-Suite members, senior business leaders and HR professionals in operationalising strategy and creating inclusive environments where unique differences are valued.

People spend a large portion of their time at work.  Lisa is passionate about making this time meaningful, enjoyable and productive through building more diverse and inclusive teams and organisations. That is why Lisa continues to coach diverse talent.
