Inkling Group is thrilled to extend our long-standing partnership with Aurecon and the Department of Defence on their flagship program, to cross-industry women leaders.
The Propel program prepares 20 high-potential women across industries for senior leadership roles through curated experience, exposure, and education.
The development program draws on performance psychology and behavioural science to lift self-awareness, build resilience, create clarity and take performance to the next level.
The six month experience includes:
- Virtual launch event
- Strengths-based self-assessment diagnostic
- Welcome networking dinner followed by a 2.5-day in-person leadership workshops
- Peer-based Action Learning Circle sessions
- Senior Leader Panel event
- Share the Success closing event
A Career Sponsorship package that includes:
- Career Sponsorship toolkit and briefing session
- 20 hours of work-integrated activity with a Senior Leader Sponsor
Line Managers and Career Sponsors are actively engaged throughout the program to reinforce learning and career development.
- Line Managers receive guidance to support participants’ growth and are invited to celebrate achievements at key milestones.
- Career Sponsors are equipped with practical tools and briefings to champion participants’ development, provide opportunities, and help embed learning back into the workplace.
Participant cost: $7,000 ex. GST (includes all activities for Career Sponsors and Line Managers)
