About the Awards
Coveted by companies across Australia and globally, the HCM Excellence Awards® honour the best in Human Capital Management (HCM) programs that have achieved measurable results. The awards are highly competitive, with approximately 20% of entries recognised across Gold, Silver, and Bronze levels each year.
“Excellence Award recipients have consistently demonstrated their commitment to employee growth and well-being through innovative human capital strategies. These organisations have implemented HCM programs that drive outstanding business results and create a positive and empowering work environment. Our rigorous evaluation process has confirmed these programs as industry-leading in their effectiveness and impact on employee satisfaction,” said Rachel Cooke, Chief Operating Officer at Brandon Hall Group™.
The Best Leadership Development for Women category celebrates best practices in creating and delivering effective leadership development programs tailored for women aspiring to leadership roles. Ascend is a standout initiative focused on empowering high-potential women in the engineering and defence sectors, where female representation in leadership has traditionally been low.
