We deeply understand the cultural and structural barriers that can impact women progressing through different leadership stages. From an intersectionality perspective, we understand that no two women are the same and that many women also fall into other under-represented groups, which may present additional barriers.
Our structured solutions focus on overcoming systemic barriers, enlisting the support and advocacy of senior leaders and the participants’ people leaders. We create safe spaces for each cohort to openly discuss and navigate challenges, for both participants and their leaders. We support talented women to establish a community that works together to raise their visibility and profile, resulting in increased retention, career mobility and promotion rates.
