Sarah’s background is in leadership and learning, and she’s passionate about growing leaders and creating workplaces where everyone can thrive. Sarah is curious, collaborative, and quick to identify the unique strengths of the people she works with.

Sarah has worked extensively on the client side within Organisational Development, Leadership and Learning, and Culture & Capability. She founded her own consultancy business, and was a Director within a Management Consultancy.

This gives her a unique 360-degree view of how important it is to choose the right organisation to partner with, to develop inclusive cultures and develop exceptional leaders. Her broad experience of partnering with clients in ways that are an extension of their team influences her playful and authentic approach within Inkling.
