Sophie (or Soph as she likes to be called) is passionate about teaching people to access the best version of themselves by digging deep to rewire their thinking and habits resulting in sustained behaviour change.

She is a Registered Psychologist with 10+ years’ experience as a coach and facilitator of transformational development programs and has a Masters in Organisational Psychology.
