Sugandha (Sig) is a multi-passionate leader that loves the intersection of human-centered design, purpose and technology to drive diversity, equity and inclusion and create working environments where every human can flourish and thrive. A credentialed organisational and life coach with post-graduate studies in social impact and women’s executive leadership and wellbeing, Sig brings almost 20 years of experience across corporate consulting, the NFP sector, and the tech start-up sector to create impactful learning experiences to optimise practical inclusion and belonging, team effectiveness and innovation, conscious leadership development, courageous conversations, and coaching.

Her experience in DEI includes building out core DEI strategy, partnering with progressive organisations across APAC to enable leaders to build innovative, inclusive, and productive workplace cultures.
