Andrew is a motivated and results-driven executive with more than 25 years’ experience leading businesses, driving organisational transformation and building high-performing teams across Australia, New Zealand, Asia and Europe. Having held senior leadership roles within multinational and Australian organisations, including Procter & Gamble and Bayer, and as an entrepreneur and owner of multiple successful businesses, he brings a unique blend of commercial acumen, strategic insight and practical leadership experience.
His executive career spans general management, sales, finance, marketing, operations and acquisition integration, with a proven track record of delivering sustainable growth, leading organisational change and developing business capability across diverse industries.
As Managing Director, Andrew is responsible for shaping Inkling’s strategy, culture and continued growth. He is passionate about building a business that helps organisations unlock the potential of their people through world-class leadership development, executive coaching and organisational consulting.
